The receptionists here are 2nd to none. They are fantastic friendly and very helpful - would not manage without them - Always going the extra mile to help you out and put you at ease and solve your prob and always with a smile and a friendly word and do not make you feel like you are in the way of very busy staff and busy day - always very brilliant. I have been a patient at this surgery for over 11 years and always found the reception staff and medical teams to be very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this surgery. The only thing is that lately it has taken a long time to get through on the telephone. I can usually get an appointment at short notice. The premises are always clean and tidy.
